How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the continental United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. However if you do have a malfunction on a piece OR elastic breaks within six months of purchase please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support email. Sacredheartjewel@gmail.com

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from top notch bead dealers. We don't joke around at Sacred Heart. We want our pieces to be worn daily for many years so we only buy the highest quality on the market. 

Do you offer product warranties?

Each bracelets holds a 6 month warranty from time of purchase. If bracelet elastic breaks reach out to customer support. We will arrange shipping, re-string your bracelet, and ship back free of charge. We do not accept returns but we will do our best to make things right and get your bracelet back in tip top shape.
